Its almost time! Time for the big list! The list of things I really have to do in the new year! 2010! Resolutions. I got a few for this new decade! The biggie is probably the same one most everyone else is making too. Lose weight! I should be joining Tara Dawn's " Ultimate Weight Loss Challenge" but I don't want to pull her team down! Its like I can't go to the gym til I look good enough to go to the gym! Anyway....start out with the walking and stationary bike. I think a big key is to always have lots of fresh fruit and veggies on hand. I actually like that stuff but when I run out then its easier to go to the processed stuff. I must follow the yellow brick road to OZ....Dr. Oz , that is. He's preaching steel cut oats and berries and nuts. I'll give it the old college try. Also on the resolution list : get organized. Its funny I got this book at Christmas called " Does this clutter make my butt look big?".....and its the connection between stuff and weight. Clutter weighs you down and keeps you stuck and so does excess pounds. Hmmmm..interesting! I have another one which may be the hardest one to achieve. I need to learn to say "no" when I don't want to do something or go somewhere. Its hard because I don't want to hurt anyone's feelings or let them down but sometimes you just have to please yourself. So, lets see how this new year goes. May it be a happy one for all of us!
